About Fiorillo Tech

Fiorillo Tech is a small husband-and-wife business built around a shared desire to help people with technology and provide friendly, personal service to our local community.

The technical side of Fiorillo Tech is handled by Chris, an experienced IT professional who studied information technology and has spent the past five years working in the field. Chris genuinely enjoys technology and, more importantly, enjoys figuring things out, troubleshooting problems, finding practical solutions, and making sure technology works the way it should.

Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and admits he's a bit of a perfectionist. He doesn't like to leave a job until it's been done properly.

Alex manages the business side of Fiorillo Tech, including scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, and the many behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly. She is also a self-employed French teacher, where helping students learn, build confidence, and reach their goals is an important part of her work.

That same approach carries over to Fiorillo Tech: listening carefully, communicating clearly, paying attention to the details, and making sure every customer feels comfortable and satisfied with the result.

When we're not working, we enjoy spending time together as a family, going on walks and little adventures with our two-year-old and our Labrador retriever. Alex also loves baking, especially French desserts and Chris is usually finding another project, gadget, or piece of technology to tinker with.
